Not even 12 hours rest for some of the best in the world... After last night's magnificent Boulder World Championship dominated by Janja Garnbret, the Climbing World Championships continue in Bern today with the Lead.

125 men and 100 women competed earlier this week in two groups, with the top 26 progressing to this morning's semi-finals. Unsurprisingly it was Garnbret who set the pace and she was the only climber to top both routes, going through in first from group A and tied with Ai Mori who leads group B. In the men's qualifiers Jakob Schubert topped group A while Anraku Sorato and Sam Avezou are joint top from group B. The three-way tie at 25th between Marcello Bombardi, Lee Dohyun and Pan Yufei sees all three into semi-finals meaning that 27 men will compete in the penultimate round.

Action can be followed live on Eurosport and discovery+.
