After the photos and the his report, here is the video of the spectacular ski descent of Mont Blanc’s Brenva Face carried out by 62-year-old mountain guide Edmond Joyeusaz on 25 May. Joyeusaz skied along the huge Poire serac following the line established in 1979 by Gianni Comino and Gian Carlo Grassi and is "... certainly the most demanding descent I have ever done; in terms of “engagement" and also technical difficulties. Furthermore, it’s a first ski descent." Looking at this footage, it's easy to comprehend why.
