In August 2019 Switzerland’s Cédric Lachat, climbing with Tobias Suter during this Swissway to Heaven project, made the first repeat and first one-day redpoint of Fly, the difficult multi-pitch climb in the Lauterbrunnental famed for being one of the hardest alpine sport climbs in Switzerland. First ascended ground-up between 2006 and 2009 by Roger Schäli, Michel Pitelka, Markus Iff, Bernd Rathmayr, Mäx Grossman and Stephan Eder, it was freed in 2014 by Alexander Megos over a period of 4 days.

In order to redpoint these 19 pitches Lachat needed to pull out all the stops as he battled hard against conditions and a crescendo of difficulties that culminates in the last four pitches: 8b, 7b+, 8c, 8b+.
