Englishman Jez Bragg running the Te Araroa in New Zealand.
How do you cross all of New Zealand, from the tip of its North Island to the bottom of its South Island? Simple, follow the Te Araroa. Which has nothing simple about it: 3054 very difficult kilometres, with plenty of rivers to wade through, the Southern Alps to cross as well as the Cook Strait which needs navigating in kayak. Recently Jez Bragg from England completed (and survived) this grueling trip in an impressive 54-day trail run!
