Rodellar in Spain, its climbing and the La Sportiva meeting portfolio

Rodellar, one of the most beautiful crags in Spain and consequently by default one of the most beautiful in the world, hosted its traditional climbing meeting a few days ago. Over 300 climbers turned up for the get-together, and during the same weekend La Sportiva hosted its athletes meet. The La Spo family was almost complete, with the likes of Caroline Ciavaldini, Kilian Fischhuber, Nalle Hukkataival, Jacopo Larcher, James Pearson, Eneko and Iker Pou, Federica Mingolla, Silvio Reffo, Katharina Sauerwein, Roger Schaeli, Patxi Usobiaga, Anak Verhoeven, Jorg Verhoeven, Barbara Zangerl.

While chatting and climbing above the sleepy Mascun river the athletes obviously also sent a number of lines, in particular at the La Surgencia sector where Jorg Verhoeven made the first ascent of Hashtag Bandits, describing it a "a difficult 8c", while Silvio Reffo freed the beautiful Olympia, 8b+.
