Frédéric Fugen and Vincent Reffet leap from the Jungfrau to catch their plane...

Acrobatics? Stunt? Folly? In all honesty we don’t really know how to interpret the latest feat carried out by Frédéric Fugen and Vincent Reffet, who recently jumped from an altitude of 4062 meters off the Jungfrau in the Bernese Alps. As if that didn’t suffice, the two made a millimetric flight directly into the open door of the small Pilatus Porter single-engined aircraft, piloted by Phil Bouvier and Yves Rossy... how about that for an unusual way to catch a plane!
The duo succeeded after months of training and their jump is in memory of their French precursor Patrick De Gayardon, who in August 1997 became the first to enter the plane he had just jumped out of.
