From 29 October to 16 November 2022 Rebeca Cáceres, Nadine Lehner and Isidora Llarena established a new route on Cerro Arenales above the Northern Patagonian Icefield. In order to do so, the three women completed an 150km autonomous traverse through this remote region. Lehner provides the details.

Project Big at Flatanger in Norway was bolted by Adam Ondra in 2013. In summer 2022 he was joined by Jakob Schubert and the two started working what Ondra considers the true line of the cave.

Canadian rock climber Bronwyn Hodgins has repeated the horizontal roof crack Necronomicon (5.13d/14a) at Moab, Canyonlands USA. The crack climb was first ascended by Jean-Pierre Ouellet in 2011.
