The 15 athletes taking part in the The North Face Kalymnos Climbing Festival 2013 have been confirmed. This festival is open to all and takes place on 10 - 13 October 2013 on the island of Kalymnos in Greece.

Preparations are in full swing for the The North Face Kalymnos Climbing Festival 2013 that this beautiful Greek island will host from 10 - 13 October 2013. The formula for this event is practically unchanged compared to 2012, which means the following: everyone is invited to take part in this three-day climbing meeting in one of the world's most famous climbing resorts.

Like last year there's the marathon climb (split into two categories depending on the ability of the climbers) and furthermore there's the chance to watch some of the world's best climbers in action. While the new sector was bolted specifically for the 2012 edition by Simone Moro and Jacopo Larcher, this year the new sector and routes have been equipped by Jacopo Larcher, Hansjörg Auer, Iker Pou and Siebe Van Hee. An extremely strong international team therefore in charge of preparing "the venue" for the 15 top athletes who'll arrive on the island in October. A quick glance at the list suffices to see that the route setters have got plenty to do in their (currently )secret garden...

In the meantime, it's worth remembering that pre-registration is available online; we really recommend you register, also to ensure you'll receive the great competition bag of goodies!
