Speed World Cup and Rock Master Lead: it's a sprinting start!

The light drizzle certainly doesn’t seem to dampen the spirit of this tightknit group of climbers (16 men and 17 women) who talk in Russian, Polish, French, German, Italian… the list is a long one but there is one common language: climb, as quickly as possible!

It’s worth noting the rest of toady’s’ intense program which revolves around the Rock Master Lead. At 12.30 the difficulty event kicks-off with the on-sight, followed at 15.00 by the special “work session” during which the athletes try the extremely difficult route which they will attempt to climb at 20.30 when the sun sets and the spotlights beam onto the Finals of the Rock Master Lead.
