European Cup Lead & Speed, the best photos and results from Arco, Italy
Tomorrow morning at 9 am the fifth stage of the 2022 Bouldering World Cup kicks off at Bressanone in Italy with the women's qualification, followed at 16:30 with the men's qualification. Everything is set for the big event, and while the athletes are currently taking part in this evening's opening ceremony, there's still time to check out the best photos of the first stages of the European Cup Lead & Speed that took place last weekend at nearby Arco.
The Speed event won by Germany's Franziska Ritter and Yaroslav Tkac from Ukraine, ahead of France's Victoire Andrier and Germany's Sebastian Lucke, while the Italians Giulia Randi and Ludovico Fossali placed third. The Lead event was won by Laura Rogora from Italy and Milan Preskar from Slovenia.
Check out photos taken by Danieli Giovanni and Davide Terenzi, who will also photograph the Bouldering World Cup in Bressanone as of tomorrow.
