Sachi Amma attempting Jungle Boogie 9a+ at Céüse

Pure power endurance. That’s what’s needed to link the 25 moves crux of Jungle Boogie, the 9a+ freed by Adam Ondra in 2012 on the left-hand side of the famous Biographie sector at Céüse in France. After one 9b, two 9a+ and three 9a’s in Spain at the start of the year, Japan’s Sachi Amma attempted the route briefly this summer but had to abandon attempts due to poor conditions. He’ll return this September to hopefully add this route to his Ceuse ticklist, which includes Biographie last summer.
