Squamish is renowned amongst climbers for its outstanding granite single and multi-pitches, but in truth the bouldering on offer within the lush forest is just as good.

The bouldering is divided up into 11 main areas, the most popular being The Grand Wall Boulders, The Apron Boulder, The North Walls and Paradise Valley and while the present guidebook features 2,500 problems, new ones appear regularly.

The film featured below provides some interesting insight into the bouldering close to this small logging town, with some absolute classics such as Easy in an Easy Chair, Tatonka, The Egg, Titanic and Tim's Sloper Problem, among others.
