Markus Bendler from Austria has made the first ascent of "Das Erbe der Väter" 8c+ at the Schleierwasserfall, Tyrol. According to www.climbing.de, the route takes a 35m line on the left-hand side of the central sector and breaches a tricky roof which holds the crux.
