Route

Great route established ground-up on Cima Cee in Val di Tovel in the Brenta Dolomites by Rolando Larcher and Luca Giupponi over a period of 4 days in September 2021. After the first ascent, it was decided to avoid the first pitch (8a+) and instead start up the first pitch of Silverado (7c+). Recessione Globale is the least demanding on the wall, because it's less cruxy than Silverado 2017 and Fine di un'epoca 2019. Having said that, it shouldn't be underestimated, due to the continuity of the pitches and the greater overall height.

Bella via su roccia grigia compatta di gran qualità. Lo stile è quel mix di dita e spalmo tipico della Val di Tovel, anche se qualche strapiombo più fisico non manca, il che rende la via molto varia e divertente. La chiodatura è abbastanza obbligatoria ma sempre sicura, garanzia della super coppia Larcher-Giupponi. Complimenti agli apritori! Enrico "Cobra" Lovato
