Pleasant ice climb to the right of the via ferrata that leads to the Monzino hut in Val Veny on the Italian side of Mont Blanc. Repeats will require a period of intense cold and no snow above the drip as this area is prone to avalanches."
Getting there
Reach Courmayeur in Italy and then Val Veny. Access
Follow signs for the via ferrata Rifugio Monzino and then break off right before the second section of the ferrata. Itinerary

P2: 60m, 3+
P3: 30m, 3+ Gear
Full ice climbing rack, 2 x 60m ropes Notes
Stainless steel bolts at the belays.
