Screening the best short and long movies from all around the world will provide the occasion to unite people by their passions, people who love the outdoors and live their lives dynamically.

We cast our programming around environment-focused, sport based, motivating and/or inspiring films to depict the meaning of Adventure. Screenings in which the passion for adventure of people of all genders and cultures is perceivable and intense, because Adventure involves passion, enthusiasm, fatigue and even risk.

Our guests will narrate their experiences and will share their own views and approaches, maybe even inspiring others. A.M.A. San Candido/Innichen represents an opportunity to share knowledge, joys and emotions with some of the greatest adventurers and with those who had been inspired by them.

Screenings are just a part of the festival as many thematically organised events, including workshops and exhibitions, will take place and will allow everyone to experience the great opportunities nature, and this magnificent valley in the Dolomites, have to offer.

The festival will provide four days of Adventure-centered cultural debate to delve even further into our personal relationship with nature and the outdoors, thanks also to the entwinement between professionals and fans.

ADVENTURE MOVIE AWARDS CALL FOR ADVENTURE FILMS

Take part. Send us your adventure films until 15 April.

Documentaries, short or long films about skiing, kayaking, climbing, extreme sports and much more. We are looking above all for courageous, exciting undertakings. Films which recount stories of men and women who decided to set off, experiment, search for their own way. People who stray off the beaten track, choose an uphill path, abandon the known in search for uncertainties.
We’re more interested in man himself rather than the athlete, in respect rather than success, passion rather than the result.

A Jury of athletes, photographers and directors will choose and award the best film, the best premiere, the best narration, and the ‘best of the winners’. There will be an audience award, voted by the public and we will award the movie who describe best the environmental issues.

Registration is free of charge.
