Rock Junior time in Arco!
From 18-19 June 2005 the European Youth Climbing Days 2005 return to the world’s climbing capital at Arco with the IV edition of the Arco Rock Junior.
From 18-19 June 2005 the European Youth Climbing Days 2005 return to the worlds climbing capital at Arco with the IV edition of the Arco Rock Junior. This international event is dedicated to the young generation of climbers aged between 5 and 13 who, together with their families, wish to discover climbing via fun and games outdoors in complete safety. Arcos Climbing Stadium, the same which hosts the Rock master , the oldest and most important climbing competition in the world, will stage the event. The two-day event is open to all (novices and experts alike) and children will be able to play and begin climbing in the Play & climb area, next to the Climbing Stadium, discover and experiment in the Climbing Campus also learn and respect the environment of this sport. The Kid's Rock and Family Rock enables children and parents to compete together, while the best young athletes in Europe will compete in the 14 Cup. Maximum safety is guaranteed by the Mountain Guides, the Mountain Rescue services (SAT and Guardia di Finanza), the Moena Police Alpine Training Force (Centro Addestramento Alpino della Polizia di Stato di Moena).
