Tom Randall explaining his training for offwidth cracks.

You don't need fancy-looking training facilities to improve. On the contrary. Tom Randall knows this all too well and this footage in his cellar documents the work done prior to freeing Century Crack along with with Pete Whittaker. 30m of circa 8a+ offwidth, followed by V8 finger crack crux and another 20m 8a+ roof hand crack... No doubt there'll be more in the future, but don't be surprised if you don't see any hand and fist jams - after a recent visit to Italy, the two are now training for thin finger crack projects!
