That Prilep in Macedonia is a great place to go bouldering is no secret, thanks in part also to Niccolò Ceria who focussed his attention on this peculiar and beautiful area last year. At the end of September the Petzl RocTrip 2014 "caravan" stopped off here and, while walking across these rugged hills, past goats, blackberry bushes and junipers, the more than two hundred participants were able to see for themselves why this barren landscape is considered one of the last great frontiers of bouldering still to be discovered in southeast Europe.
