Route
Short but intense mixed climb in Val de Lietres, Dolomites, just to the right of Once in a Lifetime. Seitensprung provides a first WI5 pitch, followed by a second mixed pitch graded M7+. The route is protected with ice screws, nuts and friends (a stuck nut and a peg are left insitu). Descend using Abalakov threads.
Getting there
Reach Wolkenstein in the Grödental then enter the Langental. Access
Follow path #14 up into Val Lietres for 1.5 hours circa. Once in a Lifetime is located on the hydrographic right. Reach this and continue on up to quickly reach Seitensprung. Itinerary
