A few days after adding three new pitches to Solo per un altro Hashtag in Val Lasties, Simon Messner and Martin Sieberer established a short but intense new mixed climb in Val Lietres, the small valley that branches off from Langental close to Wolkenstein in the Grödental in the Dolomites.

On 27 December Messner and Sieberer made their way up into Val Lietres to repeat Once in a Lifetime but since there were other parties on the climb they decided check out a shorter drip a little higher to the right.

Seitensprung - which translates as "infidelity" or “side step" - provides a first WI5 pitch, followed by a second mixed pitch graded M7+. The route is protected with ice screws, nuts and friends (a stuck nut and a peg are left insitu). Descend using Abalakov threads.
