An all-woman team comprised of Julia Cassou, Rocío Rodríguez Guiñazú, Fay Manners, Caroline North and Belén Prados spent five weeks in Northern Patagonia's Río Turbio IV valley, where they made the first ascent of 'Apollo 13' on the previously unclimbed El Cohete peak. Manners reports.

German climber Lara Neumeier has made the first female ascent of 'Psychogramm' at Bürser Platte in Austria. This 8b+ trad climb was first ascended in 2014 by Alex Luger.

Interview with François Cazzanelli who on 7 March 2025 teamed up with Giuseppe Vidoni to make the first ascent of 'Bianco Invisibile' (800m, 6c, M7, AI5) on the east face of Aiguille Blanche de Peuterey (4112m) in the Mont Blanc massif. The route ends at the col at 3900m.

Swedish alpinist Joda Dolmans reports about his recent Tindenåla winter solo in Norway. On 24/02/2025 Swiss mountaineer Filippo Sala established a new climb, solo, up the north face of Pizzo San Giacomo (2923) in Switzerland. This is believed to be the first winter climb on the imposing rock pyramid.

On the west face of Cerro Piergiorgio in Patagonia, Italian alpinists Matteo Della Bordella, Dario Eynard, and Mirco Grasso have completed Gringos Locos. The route was first attempted in 1995 by Maurizio Giordani and Luca Maspes, who had managed to climb more than three-quarters up the face.

British climber Jim Pope has made only the third ascent of Dynamics of Change at Burbage South, England. This E9 7a trad climb was first ascended by Pete Whittaker in 2008 and repeated by Neil Kershaw in 2014.
