The 11th Melloblocco came to an end today; once again the international bouldering meeting proved to be the biggest event of its kind worldwide, with 2600 registered climbers and more than 4000 people in Val Masino and Val di Mello

At Arco in Italy Silvio Reffo has repeated Bio-logiko 9a, while in Germany's Frankenjura he sent Odd fellows and Steinbock 8c as well as Battle cat 8c+. Young Stefano Carnati is on top form too with a rare repeat of Spirit Walker 8c at Sasso Remenno in Val di Mello

Day 2 of Melloblocco started with a light drizzle and this gave way to the sun in the afternoon. In any case rain didn't stop play, climbing continued as more than 1400 reached Val di Mello. Full house is expected on Saturday and Sunday.
