On 28/04/2007 Kilian Fischhuber from Austria and Olga Shalagina from the Ukraine won the third stage of the IFSC Bouldering World Cup 2007.

On 31/03/2007 the Ukrainians Mykhaylo Shalagin and Olga Shalagina won the first stage of the IFSC World Cup Boulder at Erlangen, Germany.

David Lama from Austria and Juliette Danion from France have won the European Bouldering Championship 2007, held in Birmingham (UK) last weekend. This is Lama's second big title: in 2006 he was crowned European Difficulty Champion.

on 20/05/06 David Lama and Angela Eiter from Austria won the second stage of Lead World Cup in Dresden. The final was called off due to storms.

On 29/05 Flavio Crespi and Angela Eiter won the first stage of the World Cup Lead in Puurs (BEL). 16 year old David Lama placed 2nd at his debut performance.

The O'Neill Xtreme 2006 took place in Verbier, Switzerland, from 17 - 19 March and was won by Sweden's Kaj Zackrisson and Italy's Giulia Monego.

On 10/02 in Grenoble the golden ice axe, the mountaineering oscar 2005, was awarded to Steve House and Vincent Anderson for their new route up the Rupal Face on Nanga Parbat.
