Skialp: great success for CAMP athletes!
After the first three stages in Andorra, Albosaggia and Les Marécottes, the 2016 Ski Mountaineering World Cup arrived last weekend in Alpago close to Belluno, Italy, where CAMP athletes achieved new victories and good placements.

After the first three stages in Andorra, Albosaggia and Les Marécottes, the 2016 Ski Mountaineering World Cup arrived last weekend in Alpago close to Belluno, Italy, where CAMP athletes achieved new victories and good placements.
In the Individual race Michele Boscacci got the 3rd place, Lorenzo Holzknecht the 6th and Nadir Maguet the 8th: thanks to this result, the new CAMP team member Maguet won the silver medal in the Espoir category, where Federico Nicolini gained the 4th place. Katia Tomatis and Martina Valmassoi was 5th and 6th respectively among women and eventually Davide Magnini won again the Junior race.
In the Sprint race Robert Antonioli gained the 1st place, Nadir Maguet was 6th (2nd Espoir) and Michele Boscacci arrived 8th. Katia Tomatis confirmed the 5th place while Martina Valmassoi was 9th. Good race also for Davide Magnini, that achieved the Junior bronze medal.
In the same days took place also the classic Transcavallo team race, that was dominated by our athletes: 1st place for Damiano Lenzi and Manfred Reichegger, 2nd for Pietro Lanfranchi and 3rd for Filippo Beccari.
To complete this report, we need to highlight also the successes by Federico Nicolini and Martina Valmassoi in the Skialp Val Rendena - 2nd stage of Crazy Skialp Tour, that took place in Pinzolo close to Brenta Dolomites.
