Alpine Line Project: Borgnet and Joly on the great Ecrins peaks

On Ecrins range, Patrick got many amazing achievements: this point has been very important for Yann and Yoann that love the imaginative, light and fast alpinism of Berhault. So, in the last days, Borgnet and Joly climbed the Berhault-Brizzi goulotte on the Trois Dents du Pelvoux (where in 1978 Patrick survived after a terrible 800-meter fall!) and then the famous Raie des fesses on the Pic Sans Nom. Yann and Yoann climbed together with their friend Martin Bonis, in the spirit of the Alpine Line Project that wants to be a shared experience.
After seeing that the Pschitt goulotte on the Ailefroide north face was in poor condition, Borgnet and Joly decided to attempt another famous ice route: the Gabarrou-Marsigny on the south face of the Barre des Ecrins. But suddenly weather got worse and they were forced to abandon also this project. Yann is anyway satisfied: «We experienced fantastic days in a great massif that keeps his wilderness and adventure!».
The Alps traverse continues: the next step is the Grande Tête de l'Obiou (2789 m), the Dévoluy massif highest peak.
