The 24th Mezzalama Trophy was won by Axelle Mollaret and Emily Harrop from France, and Michele Boscacci and Robert Antonioli from Italy. Both teams were crowned ISMF Long Distance World Champions.

The 36th edition of the classic Pierra Menta ski mountaineering competition in Arêches-Beaufort in France took place from 9 to 12 March 2022 and was won by the Italians Matteo Eydallin and Michele Boscacci. The French-Swedish team comprised of Axelle Gachet Mollaret and Tove Alexandersson won the women's event.

On Friday 12 March 2021 at the classic Pierra Menta ski mountaineering competition the teams Alba De Silvestro & Giulia Murada and Michele Boscacci & Davide Magnini were crowned Long Distance World Champions.

The most difficult Mezzlama ski mountaineering competition of all times was won on Sunday 28 April 2019 by the Italians Robert Antonioli, Michele Boscacci and Matteo Eydallin. France’s lorna bonnel and Axelle Mollaret and Italy’s Alba de Silvestro dominated the women’s race.

Arno Lietha (SUI) and Claudia Galicia Cotrina (ESP) won gold in the Sprint, while Werner Marti (SUI) and Andrea Mayr (AUT) won the Vertical.

The third stage of the Ski Mmountaineering World Cup 2019 was staged this weekend at Le Dévoluy in France. Matteo Eydallin and Axelle Mollaret won the Individual race, while Iwan Arnold and Marianne Fatton won the Sprint.

The first stage of the ISMF Ski Mountaineering World Cup 2017 took place at Font Blanca in Andorra last weekend. Saturday’s Individual race was won by France’s Laetitia Roux and Germany’s Anton Palzer, while Sunday’s Vertical race was won by Sweden’s Emelie Forsberg and Switzerland’s Marti Werner.

On Sunday 28 February 2016 the 7th biennial ski mountaineering competition Tris Rotondo took place in Switzerland’s Canton Ticino, Switzerland. The men’s Super Tris competition was won by Filippo Barazzuol & Maguet Nadir while Jennifer Fiechter & lorna bonnel won the women's event.

Kilian Jornet and Laetitia Roux earned precious points on Friday 19 Febraury 2016 at the fourth 2016 ISMF Ski Mountaineering World Cup event, the 33rd Transcavallo, by winning the Individual race that took place at Alpago, more specifically at Col Indes, a few kilometres above Tambre.
