Vadim Timonov and Irina Kuzmenko bouldering in Switzerland

Between December 2019 and January 2020 Vadim Timonov and Irina Kuzmenko climbed like there was no tomorrow on Switzerland’s granite blocs, amassing an enviable list of ascents During his rampage Timonov stunned everyone by sending Off the Wagon in Val Bavona on his second attempt, while other highlights from Cresciano and Chironico include Dreamtime and The Story of two worlds. Kuzmenko for her part checked in with stand start to Dreamtime, the boulder which in its more famous version - sitting down as Fred Nicole did in 2000 to establish the world’s first 8C - is still awaiting its first female ascent.
