Perhaps not many people know it. Cresciano is a forest that hides 1500 boulder problems. 1500 blocs for everyone. Those for true champions, and those for everyone. It seems as if time has stopped a bit here. You stroll past the chestnut trees, walk up the magical, primordial steps and the stone wonders appear from nowhere. They are tall, strange boulders of all shapes and sizes. Sometimes they appear all of a sudden, hidden from view behind a hillock. Other times they seem to lean against tree trunks. Or suspended in fathomable balance acts. They are beautiful. Look like mythological animals. Prehistoric creatures. Silent and immobile, they tell of stories lost in infinite time.

Recently, say 3 decades ago, they witnessed the arrival of strange men and women (or rather, youngsters) who started to caress them, clean them, climb them via unthinkable lines, solving impossible balance acts. They come to visit, staying here for a long time. And then they lock them in their hearts, to fuel their dreams. Some are famous, others are unique, absolute monuments of world bouldering. Like Dreamtime. During these days the time has come to share the same dream. During these days, with the Melloblocco on Tour, the time is right to discover and rediscover one of the world’s great, magical places for bouldering and rock climbing.
