The Climb for Life 2013 T-shirt campaign to promote bone marrow donation
The T-shirts with the logo of two hands clutching each other have been on the rise ever since 2010, the year when they were first produced. They are great to look at, but it's not a fashion. It's a concrete manner to talk about bone marrow donation.

To explain this to the climbing world the organisation Climb for Life, with the help of plenty of volunteers, created numerous initiatives such as having stands and dozens of event, the video "Climb for life" by Adam Ondra, the "informative" hand holds used in the competitions Bloccati nella nebbia. And, last but not least, the "historical" T-shirts.

The t-shirts, apart from being beautiful, transform everyone who wears them, into info points about bone marrow donation. The purpose of the T-shirts, therefore, is to provide information. Any proceeds -  obviously less important than raising awareness - will be used to support ADMO, the Italian association of bone marrow donors linked with the International Register.

Having one, but above all wearing one, understanding its message and becoming a potential bone marrow donor is a civil act, it means being part of a community of people who do the best they can to make the world a better place. Giving other, those less fortunate due to illness, the hope of continuing to live.

Okay, so where can I get them?
Here are the places where the t-shirts can be purchased.
