The setting is spectacular, close to the north Face of the Marmolada but far from the tourists and traffic. The sun receives the sun from the early morning to the early afternoon.... this is how the two routes are described on the Gran Vernel buttress, Linea d'ombra (7a+ oblig 6c +) and Mastro Lindo (7a + A1 oblig 7a+), both ascended from the ground up with bolts.
