Tour du Rutor: support your champions and win special CAMP prizes!

  The countdown is running: the 2016 Tour du Rutor is ready to start! The C.A.M.P. supported ski mountaineering race will take place from 1st to 3rd April on the wonderful Valgrisenche mountains (Aosta Valley, Italy) and we are sure that it will be a unique event thanks to almost 700 participants, among which many CAMP top racers. Three stages, 7000-meter difference in height and four 3000-meter peaks to ascent: Tour du Rutor is not a common skimo race but a real high mountain challenge, where also enthusiasts will need to give their all best to reach the most spectacular spots to support their champions. Organizers explain that «thanks to the partnership with C.A.M.P., we will set up some prize areas along the race path. The first people to reach them will receive a technical gadget offered by an Italian company that believes in ski-mountaineering and its values, becoming world leader with its quality products». The initiative is very simple. During the first stage, the first 200 fans to come to Catin (2297 m) will receive a microfiber Printed Dry Towel. For the second stage, the goal is the start of Tête du Rutor ascent (2465 m) and prizes are 200 Idra bottles. For the last stage we will have a double event: the first 150 supporters that will reach Plan Petet (2282 m) will receive a running headband and a key chain, while the first 50 to come to Colle dello Château Blanc will be awarded with an amazing Rapid Racing ski mountaineering backpack. In each prize area there will be a member of the race staff to give to the winners a ticket to withdraw the prizes, that can be picked up at the C.A.M.P. booth in the sponsor village in Arvier town.
