Karpos and Daniel Antonioli, a friendship that starts from afar

A partnership and a friendship that started long ago and that has led us to grow together, from winter triathlon, to ski mountaineering, and now to trail running. Daniel has always been one of us, and still finding the same energy as in the early years is a privilege that connects us even more closely to this athlete who is well rounded not only from a technical point of view but also and above all as a human.

Daniel Antonioli - a champion in everything

The winter triathlon champion with a passion for skyrunning, Daniel Antonioli is certainly versatile. In the colors of the Italian Army sports section and the national team, he has won everything possible. No one would deny that he is a genuine living legend in this discipline that combines running, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing. Yet, in recent years, it was not so much his winter successes that brought him the attention and admiration of the general public, but rather his summer performances in knobby shoes. Not bad for someone using summer races to stay in shape. In a few seasons he went from pure vertical specialist to world-class skyrunner on technical routes. The results say it all: three podiums in the 2019 Skyrunner World Series circuit (1st in the Matterhorn Ultraks Extreme, 2nd in the Livigno Skymarathon, 3rd in the Zacup Skyrace) and a win at the Maratona del Cielo, as well as various victories in Italy and abroad. His strengths are a good baseline speed, knowing how to move on technical terrain, excellent endurance, great modesty, and a natural congeniality.
