The CAMP athletes team grows with a new champion: the 23 years old world class ski-mountaineer Anton “Toni” Palzer. Toni lives in Ramsau (Berchtesgaden Alps, Germany) and, despite his young age, has already got great results in the most important competitions. «Mountains are my life – he says – and it's the greatest luck being out there with my friends and family. Testing my limits is my great passion, but not everything in life. Having fun in what you are doing is the most important thing». Thanks to his huge passion and talent, Toni was one of the main actors in the last competition seasons starting from Espoir gold medals in Individual, Vertical (2nd senior) and Sprint races at 2015 World Championships. Toni dominated the Espoir category also in 2016 World Cup: he gained the 1st place (Individual) and the 2nd place (Vertical) in Andorra; the 1st place (Individual, 3rd senior) and the 1st place (Sprint, 1st senior too) in Albosaggia; the 1st place (Individual, 3rd senior), the 2nd place (Vertical, 3rd senior) and the 1st place (Sprint) in Les Marécottes. Eventually he was 1st (2nd senior) in all races in Tambre. So, at the end of the season, Toni was 3rd in the Overall, Individual and Vertical senior rankings and 2nd in the Sprint. More, during 2016 Toni got great results at the European Championships (1st place in Individual and Sprint races Espoir category, 3rd place in Individual senior), the German Championships (1st place in Individual and Vertical races) and competitions like Snowrun (Schladming), Götschenfuchs (Bischofswiesen), Heutalkaiser (Unken), Kitzsteinhorn-Extreme (Kaprun) and Watzmann-Gams (Berchtesgaden). Seeing these amazing results, we are proud and happy that Anton Palzer has chosen CAMP products for his performances: his goal is to become stronger and stronger and we are sure that he will give us many great satisfactions.
