Getting there
From Turin drive north along the A5 motorway, exit at San Giusto Canavese and continue west along the SS460 past Rivarolo Canavese and up into the valley past Locana to Rosone. From here bear off right to San Lorenzo. Access
Fat Tony is located high in Valle del Piantonetto close to San Lorenzo. The buttress is 200m up the hill from the village on the right hand side of the road. Cross the field on the right after the village and walk through the woods for about 2-3 mins until you find some fixed rope marking the slabs at the beginning of the route. Itinerary
Once under the big roof climb the leftwards diagonal crack with great difficulty until the roof is reached. Do you favourite bathang and then continue to glory...! Gear
