Mountain Friday, the initiative organised by Karpos during the 2022 Black Friday sales, has proven to be an unexpected success, with the Italian brand donating 15% of its 25 November - 9 December online turnover to the Liguria, Piedmont, Tuscany and Veneto teams of the Italian Mountain Rescue.

Karpos has been working closely with these 4 regions for a number of years, with its project entitled Help The Mountains - 1% for the outdoor community through which the brand of the Dolomites has pledged to donate 1% of its annual turnover to organisations that support the mountains and protect the environment.

"This is our way of thanking every single volunteer who, without thinking twice, gives up ttheir free time to help others" explained Giuseppe Lira, Karpos Brand Manager. "It is a drop in the ocean, but it contains all our gratitude for the extraordinary deeds carried out by the Mountain Rescue. A human recognition, even before a professional one."
