Cliff closure at La Corma di Machaby, Arnad
Due to a serious accident at the crag La Corma di Machaby (Arnad, Italy) the local town council has prohibited access. The letter by Gerandin Elso, President of the Evançon Mountain Community.

As a result of a serious accident which took place on 21 April 2012, the local town council has ordered with immediate effect the closure of the climbing area called La Corma di Machaby located with the territory of Arnad and owned by the Evançon Mountain Community.
Access is prohibited to the following areas in order to allow experts to conduct further technical investigation aimed at identifying and removing potential hazards to public safety:
Pilastro Lomasti
Paretone
La Gruviera
Case Fara (the zones Opera Rock and Mitico Vento)
La Paretina (close to the car park opposite the state road SS26).
