"The wonder and the horror of a quarry. The beauty of marble, which comes to life only through man’s destruction. Seen in this light, the art of climbing empowers knowledge." This, in a nutshell, is Carie, the documentary project overseen by Marzio Nardi, Federico Ravassard and Achille Mauri which came about after their visit, exploration and climbs in the marble quarries around Carrara in the Apuan Alps.

Seeing that the planned tour throughout Italy is no longer possible due to lockdown, the film will be premiered today at 21:00 of the social channels of the sponsors Ferrino - Rockslave and Scarpa.
