The third crag this season, after Ciastlins and Stohlwond, is located at an altitude of 2200m, is called Salares and springs into view "when you drive from Val Badia in direction of the Valparola pass. Especially suited for climbing in autumn, this crag lies at the heart of the Dolomites and was discovered by Armin Craffonara." More than 40 climbs from 5a to 8a await and, as Vertical-Life.info state "In the late afternoon, when the sun goes down, the rock is coloured in deep red, which is unique for the Dolomites.
